Target Information

CDK1(Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포주기에서 START를 완료하는 데 필수적인 단백질로, 유사분열을 개시하는 M-Phase Promoting Factor 복합체의 촉매 서브유닛이다. 광역학 치료 후 G2/M 단계에서 Bcl-2의 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호에 의해 조절되어 세포사멸을 지연시킨다. 또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 남성호르몬 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 가능성을 보여준다.
