Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD99-L2 is observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CD99 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CD99L2 may function as a homophilic adhesion molecule. It plays a role in leukocyte–endothelial interactions during leukocyte extravasation, particularly at the diapedesis step. CD99L2 does not appear to be involved in leukocyte docking or lymphocyte diapedesis.
