Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets. Secondary antibodies provide versatility by enabling various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and can enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may undergo additional purification or modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
