Pacific Orange™ dye는 violet laser(405 nm)에 의해 최적으로 여기되며, 575, 585 또는 600 nm band pass filter를 사용하는 것이 권장됩니다.
Pacific Blue™와 Pacific Orange™ conjugates는 모두 405 nm에서 여기되어 각각 455 nm와 551 nm에서 방출되므로, 두 가지 색상을 동시에 분석할 수 있습니다.
Target Information
CD14는 55 kDa의 GPI-anchor된 당단백질로, 성숙한 단핵구, 대식세포 및 호중구 표면에 지속적으로 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 다기능성 LPS 수용체 역할을 하며, 분비형 및 효소적으로 절단된 형태로 혈청에 존재합니다.
CD14는 LPS-binding protein(LBP)에 의해 촉매되는 반응을 통해 LPS와 결합하며, 혈청 내 LPS 중화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
또한 CD14는 세포자멸(apoptotic) 세포에 결합하고, 알레르기, 염증 및 감염 과정에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
Alternative splicing으로 동일한 CD14 isoform을 암호화하는 여러 transcript variant가 생성됩니다.
CD14 기능 이상은 Mycobacterium chelonae 감염 및 크룹(Croup)과 관련이 있습니다.
