Target Information

Iscalimab (CFZ533) is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD40, a key molecule in the CD40–CD154 costimulatory pathway. By blocking this pathway, Iscalimab can inhibit CD40 signal transduction and CD40⁺ cell activation. It is under investigation as a potential therapeutic for solid organ transplantation and autoimmune diseases.
