Cibisatamab (CEA-TCB)는 암세포의 carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)과 T세포의 CD3를 동시에 인식하는 T세포 이중특이성 항체입니다.
이 항체는 T세포의 CD3ε 사슬에 하나의 결합 부위와 암세포의 CEA에 두 개의 결합 부위를 가지며, CEA 발현이 높은 암세포에 선택적으로 결합하여 건강한 상피세포의 비특이적 표적화를 방지합니다.
CEA와 CD3의 결합을 통해 T세포 활성화, 사이토카인 분비 및 세포독성 입자 방출을 유도합니다.
