Target Information
RUVBL2는 단일가닥 DNA에 의해 자극되는 ATPase 및 ATP 의존적 DNA 헬리케이스(5'→3') 활성을 가지며, NuA4 히스톤 아세틸전이효소 복합체의 구성 요소입니다. 이 복합체는 주로 히스톤 H4 및 H2A의 아세틸화를 통해 특정 유전자의 전사 활성화를 조절합니다.
NuA4 복합체는 종양유전자 및 원종양유전자 매개 성장 유도, 종양 억제 매개 성장 정지, 복제 노화, 세포자멸사, DNA 복구 등과 관련된 전사 프로그램 활성화에 필수적일 수 있습니다.
RUVBL2는 MYC에 의한 종양 변환에서 필수적인 역할을 하며, LEF1/TCF1-CTNNB1 복합체에 의한 전사 활성화도 조절합니다. 또한 ATF2의 전사 활성을 억제할 수도 있습니다.
