Target Information
HLA-F는 HLA class I heavy chain 패럴로그 중 하나로, β2-microglobulin light chain과 이합체를 형성합니다. 대부분의 HLA heavy chain과 달리, HLA-F는 주로 소포체와 골지체에 위치하며 일부 세포 유형에서는 세포 표면에서도 소량 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 특이적인 펩타이드 결합 홈을 가지고 있으며, 제한된 펩타이드 서브셋을 결합하여 면역 제시를 수행하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 Immunopeptidomics 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피와 탠덤 질량 분석을 통해 신항원(neoantigen)을 식별하고 특성화하는 데 사용됩니다.
