면역원 펩타이드는 생쥐 및 소 PDE6 beta 단백질의 아미노산 잔기 20–36에 해당하며, 동일한 펩타이드(Cat. # PEP-183)는 중화 및 대조 실험용으로 사용 가능합니다.
Target Information
cAMP와 cGMP는 다양한 신호전달 경로에 관여하는 주요 2차 신호전달 물질입니다. 이들의 수준은 뉴클레오타이드 사이클라아제에 의한 합성과 PDE(Phosphodiesterase)에 의한 가수분해 속도에 의해 조절됩니다.
PDE6는 시각계의 G 단백질 매개 신호전달 경로에서 주요 효소로 작용하며, α′(cone), α(rod), β(rod) 등의 촉매 소단위와 γ, δ 등의 보조 소단위로 구성됩니다.
