- 재구성 시, 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 권장합니다.

CALCOCO2 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 nuclear domain 10 (ND10) bodies의 구성 단위입니다.
ND10은 핵 내에서 면역조직화학적으로 약 10개의 점 형태로 관찰되며, 핵 매트릭스에 결합된 구조로 추정됩니다.
이 단백질은 herpes simplex virus-1 감염 시 핵에서 제거되며, 바이러스 생애 주기와 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
