Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CALCOCO2 protein is a subunit of nuclear domain 10 (ND10) bodies, which appear as ten dots per nucleus under immunohistochemistry. ND10 bodies are associated with the nuclear matrix due to their resistance to nuclease digestion and salt extraction. ND10 proteins are removed from the nucleus upon herpes simplex virus-1 infection and may play a role in viral life cycles.
