Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
TULA (UBASH3A, ubiquitin associated and SH3 domain containing A), also known as STS-2 or CLIP4, is a 661-amino-acid protein localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm. It contains one SH3 domain and one UBA domain.
Highly expressed in thymus, bone marrow, spleen, and peripheral blood leukocytes, TULA forms homodimers or homo-oligomers that interfere with receptor-type tyrosine kinase degradation, promoting accumulation of activated receptors on the cell surface.
TULA participates in an EGFR- and Cbl-containing complex interacting with ubiquitinated proteins. The gene maps to human chromosome 21 and may be involved in type I diabetes pathogenesis.
Multiple isoforms are produced through alternative splicing.
