Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Dim2, also known as TXNL4B (thioredoxin-like 4B) or DLP, is a 149-amino acid nuclear protein that exists as a homodimer and plays an essential role in pre-mRNA splicing. It shares 38% sequence identity with Dim1 and is required for S/G₂ transition during the cell cycle. Dim2 binds the PRP6 (U5-102K) subunit of the spliceosome.
The gene encoding Dim2 maps to human chromosome 16, which encodes over 900 genes (~3% of the human genome). Disorders associated with chromosome 16 include Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome and Crohn’s disease.
