Applied Biosystems™ Axiom™ Japonica Array™ NEO

The Axiom Japonica Array NEO is a unique genotyping array offering whole-genome analysis optimized for the Japanese population.
This array was designed based on whole-genome sequencing data from 3,552 Japanese individuals (3.5KJPNv2) provided by Tohoku University Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo).
Developed in partnership with ToMMo, it represents one of the largest Japanese cohorts, including over 150,000 residents from Miyagi and Iwate prefectures.
