Target Information
SLIT and NTRK-like family 5 (Slitrk5)는 여섯 개의 상동성 막단백질(Slitrk1-6)로 구성된 단백질 패밀리의 일원으로, 세포외 도메인에 두 개의 보존된 류신 풍부 반복 도메인을 가지며, 축삭 성장 조절 단백질인 Slit 및 trk 신경영양인자 수용체와 높은 상동성을 가집니다. Slitrk 단백질의 발현은 신경 및 뇌종양 조직에 제한적으로 나타나며, Slitrk5의 과발현은 배양된 뉴런에서 신경돌기 성장을 억제하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
