For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAPK8IP1 단백질은 췌장 베타세포 기능의 조절자로, Mouse JIP-1과 유사합니다. 이 단백질은 MAPK8 매개 전사 인자 활성화를 억제하고, IL-1β 및 MEKK1에 의한 세포사멸을 감소시킵니다. 또한 GLUT2의 DNA 결합 전사활성 인자로 작용하며, REST 전사인자에 의해 발현이 억제됩니다. 이 유전자의 변이는 제2형 당뇨병 감수성에 관련된 것으로 보고되었습니다.
