EIF2AK3/PERK의 탈인산화를 매개하여 단백질 키나아제 활성을 비활성화시키며, CKII 및 p60c-src 신호전달 경로에도 관여합니다.
또한 EFNA5-EPHA3 신호 경로를 조절하여 세포 재조직화 및 세포 간 반발을 조정하고, MET 탈인산화를 통해 hepatocyte growth factor receptor 신호를 조절합니다.
