Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FLT3 is a tyrosine protein kinase belonging to the growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase family. It is activated by binding of the FLT3 ligand, leading to homodimer formation and autophosphorylation. The activated receptor phosphorylates and activates downstream molecules involved in apoptosis, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Constitutive activation due to mutations is associated with acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
