Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FEN-1 (Flap Endonuclease and Five prime Exonuclease) is a 42 kDa protein functioning as an endonuclease that cleaves branched DNA structures containing single-stranded 5′ flaps, or as an exonuclease on DNA nicks and gaps.
Its activities are stimulated by association with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the nucleus. FEN-1 plays key roles in DNA replication and repair and is essential in cell-free DNA replication systems.
