Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FCGR2A gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin Fc receptor family expressed on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils. This receptor mediates phagocytosis and clearance of immune complexes. Multiple transcript variants are generated through alternative splicing.
