Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FCGR2A gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin Fc receptor family found on the surface of immune response cells. The protein acts as a cell surface receptor on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, playing a role in phagocytosis and clearance of immune complexes. Alternative splicing generates multiple transcript variants.
