Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat ROBO1, recombinant human ROBO3, and ROBO4 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
ROBO2 belongs to the ROBO family, part of the immunoglobulin superfamily proteins that are highly conserved from fly to human. ROBO2 acts as a receptor for SLIT2, molecules known to function in axon guidance and cell migration.
Defects in this gene are associated with vesicoureteral reflux type 2. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for ROBO2.
