Target Information
PBXIP1은 pre-B-cell leukemia transcription factors (BPXs)의 기능 조절자로, PBX1-HOX 복합체의 DNA 결합을 억제하고 E2A-PBX1의 전사 활성화를 차단합니다. 또한 estrogen receptor-alpha (ESR1)을 미세소관에 결합시켜 에스트로겐 수용체 신호 전달에 영향을 줍니다.
