Target Information
NOLC1 is related to nucleologenesis and may play a role in maintaining the structure of the fibrillar center and dense fibrillar component in the nucleolus. It possesses intrinsic GTPase and ATPase activities and may participate in transcription catalyzed by RNA polymerase I.
