Reconstitution: Add 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

P2Y12 is a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) involved in platelet aggregation and is a potential therapeutic target for thromboembolic and clotting disorders.
It has multiple receptor subtypes with overlapping pharmacological selectivity for adenosine and uridine nucleotides.
Two transcript variants encoding the same isoform have been identified.
Expression reported in platelets, spinal cord, and various brain regions.
ESTs detected in B-cell/lung/testis, brain, embryo, prostate, eye, kidney carcinoma, and colon carcinoma libraries.
