Target Information
TCF3 (E2A)는 배아 발생 중 조직 특이적 세포 운명을 결정하는 주요 전사 인자로, 근육이나 초기 B세포 분화에 관여합니다. E2A와 조직 특이적 bHLH 이합체는 E-box 모티프(5'-CANNTG-3')에 결합하며, kappa immunoglobulin 유전자 enhancer의 kappa-E2 부위에 결합합니다. E2A 결손은 일부 전구 B세포 급성 림프구성 백혈병(B-ALL)에서 관찰됩니다. 두 가지 대체 스플라이싱된 인간 isoform이 보고되었습니다.
