Target Information
Rosmantuzumab is a biosimilar that targets RSPO3, a member of the R-spondin family.
RSPO3 regulates Wnt/β-catenin and Wnt/planar cell polarity (PCP) signaling pathways, which are involved in development, cell growth, and disease pathogenesis.
It plays a role in balancing angioblast and blood cell specification during embryonic vasculogenesis and angiogenesis, and may be associated with tumor development.
