Target Information
Ranevetmab은 NGF(Nerve Growth Factor)를 표적으로 하는 바이오시밀러 항체입니다. NGF는 다양한 신경세포 및 비신경세포의 생존과 분화를 조절하는 단백질로, 세포 표면의 고친화성 및 저친화성 수용체에 결합하여 작용합니다.
고친화성 수용체는 신호 전달에 관여하며, NGF와 결합 시 약 158,000 Da 복합체를 형성합니다. 인간과 랫드의 NGF 수용체 유전자 서열은 90% 이상 상동성을 보입니다. NGF는 신경 성장 자극 활성을 나타내며, 교감신경 및 감각신경의 성장과 분화 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 NGF 유전자 변이는 HSAN5(유전성 감각 및 자율신경병증 5형)과 관련이 있으며, NGF 발현 이상은 알레르기 비염 등과 연관이 있습니다.
