Target Information
TLK1 (Tousled-like kinase 1)은 핵 내 serine/threonine kinase로, 염색질 조립 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
TLK1은 처음 Arabidopsis에서 보고되었으며, DNA 손상 체크포인트의 새로운 표적으로 확인되었습니다.
이 단백질은 이온화 방사선(IR) 노출 시 빠르게 불활성화되며, 이는 S-phase DNA 손상 체크포인트에 의해 직접 매개됩니다.
이중 가닥 절단, 복제 차단 또는 저용량 자외선 조사 후 TLK1 활성 억제에는 ATM, NBS, CHK1이 필요합니다.
Tousled-like kinase 계열은 염색질 조립 조절에 관여하는 핵 내 serine/threonine kinase로, 식물 Arabidopsis에서 처음 발견되었습니다.
