Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Aldehyde dehydrogenases are a family of isozymes involved in detoxification of aldehydes generated by alcohol metabolism and lipid peroxidation.
The ALDH3B1 gene spans approximately 20 kb and contains 9 coding exons, highly expressed in kidney and lung.
Functional significance and cellular localization are currently unknown.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
