Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NEMF (also known as SDCG1) plays a role in nuclear export and is expressed in brain, heart, liver, lung, spleen, and skeletal muscle. Lower expression levels are observed in stomach and testis.
