Target Information
TNF alpha는 tumor necrosis factor (TNF) 슈퍼패밀리에 속하는 다기능성 전염증성 사이토카인으로, 주로 대식세포에 의해 분비되며 TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 및 TNFRSF1B/TNFBR 수용체에 결합합니다.
이 단백질은 면역세포 조절, 세포 증식, 분화, 세포사멸, 지질 대사, 응고 조절 등에 관여합니다.
비환원 조건 SDS-PAGE에서 약 17 kDa의 단일 밴드로 검출되며, 2~5개의 비공유 결합된 단위체(multimer) 형태로 존재합니다.
TNF alpha는 면역반응, 감염 방어, 종양 괴사 유도 등 다양한 생리적 역할을 수행하며, 자가면역질환, 인슐린 저항성, 암 등 여러 질환과 연관되어 있습니다.
