Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a core component of the exosome complex. The mammalian exosome is essential for rapid degradation of AU-rich element-containing RNAs but not for poly(A) shortening.
The association of this protein with the exosome occurs through protein-protein interactions with ribosomal RNA-processing protein 42 and ribosomal RNA-processing protein 46.
