Product #31770 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, and ISH applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of human IgG and the light chains common to most human immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
Based on solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, this antibody cross-reacts with horse IgG, human IgM, swine IgG (6%), cat IgG, chicken IgG, dog IgG, dog IgM, guinea pig IgG, mouse IgM, swine IgM (3%), mouse IgG, rabbit IgG, rat IgG, rat IgM (1%), and shows minimal cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species.
