Product #31778 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, and ISH applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of human IgM, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
Based on solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, this antibody cross-reacts with rabbit IgM, swine IgM (25%), rat IgM (12%), guinea pig IgG (6%), mouse IgM (3%), dog IgM (1%), and shows minimal cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species.
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize human immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
