• Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
• The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

LRRC8A is an essential component of the volume-regulated anion channel (VRAC, also known as VSOAC channel), which maintains constant cell volume in response to osmotic changes. The VRAC channel conducts iodide better than chloride and may also conduct organic osmolytes such as taurine.
It is involved in B-cell development (pro-B to pre-B transition) and required for T-cell development.
