Target Information
14-3-3 epsilon은 phosphoserine을 포함하는 단백질과 결합하여 신호전달을 매개하는 14-3-3 단백질군에 속합니다. 이 단백질군은 식물과 포유류 모두에서 고도로 보존되어 있으며, 해당 단백질은 마우스 상동체와 100% 동일합니다. CDC25 phosphatases, RAF1, IRS1 단백질과 상호작용하여 세포 분열 및 인슐린 감수성 조절과 같은 다양한 생화학적 신호전달 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 소세포 폐암의 병인에도 관련되어 있습니다. 본 유전자에는 단백질 코딩 및 비코딩 두 가지 전사체 변이가 존재합니다.
