Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The MSTN (Myostatin) protein belongs to the bone morphogenetic protein family and the TGF-beta superfamily.
These proteins are characterized by a polybasic proteolytic processing site that yields a mature protein with seven conserved cysteine residues.
Members of this family regulate cell growth and differentiation in embryonic and adult tissues.
MSTN encodes a secreted protein that negatively regulates skeletal muscle growth.
