Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain, with ubiquinone as the immediate electron acceptor.
