Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as confirmed by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The IKAP protein functions as a scaffold and regulatory protein for three kinases involved in proinflammatory signaling. It binds NF-kappa-B-inducing kinase (NIK) and IKKs through separate domains, assembling them into an active kinase complex. Mutations in this gene are associated with familial dysautonomia.
