Target Information
The EPS8L2 protein is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and mediates crosstalk between adiponectin and insulin signaling pathways. It interacts with multiple proteins including RAB5A, DCC, AKT2, PIK3CA, adiponectin receptors, and NuRD/MeCP1 complex. The protein is associated with endosomal membranes and can be released by EGF to translocate to the nucleus.
