• Western blot 및 IP에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
• 항체 특이성: 본 항체는 mouse IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분의 mouse immunoglobulin에 공통적인 light chain에 반응합니다. 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 항체는 검출되지 않았습니다.
• ELISA 및 고체상 흡착 테스트를 통해 인간 혈청 단백질과의 교차반응이 최소화되도록 검증되었습니다. 다만, 다른 종의 면역글로불린과는 교차반응할 수 있습니다.
• 복원 및 저장: 개봉 전 4°C에서 보관. 0.5 mL 증류수로 복원 후 농도는 0.6 mg/mL. 실온에서 1–2시간 후 투명하지 않으면 원심분리 후 사용. 복원 후 4°C에서 수 주간 저장 가능하며, 희석 후 하루 이상 사용하지 않는 것이 권장됩니다.
• 수명 연장: 글리세롤을 50% 농도로 희석하여 -20°C에서 장기 보관 가능.
