SLA2는 어댑터 단백질로, T세포 수용체(TCR) 신호를 음성적으로 조절합니다.
T세포 항원 수용체에 의해 유도되는 핵 인자(NFAT)의 활성화를 억제하며, ZAP70과 CBL 같은 신호 단백질을 연결하여 CBL 의존적 신호 단백질 분해를 유도할 수 있습니다.
