Target Information
ESRRB (steroid hormone receptor ERR2)는 배아 및 영양막 줄기세포의 자가재생과 다능성 유지에 관여합니다. FGF 및 Wnt 신호 경로 활성화 시 ESRRB는 KDM1A와 상호작용하여 ELF5와 EOMES 전사 활성화를 유도해 줄기세포의 자가재생을 촉진합니다. 또한 망막세포 생존에 필수적인 여러 유전자 발현을 조절하며, ESRRB 결함은 DFNB35형 난청을 유발할 수 있습니다.
