Target Information
14-3-3 단백질군은 모든 진핵세포에서 풍부하게 발현되는 고도로 보존된 homo- 및 heterodimeric 단백질로 구성됩니다.
이들은 serine-phosphorylated 단백질과 결합하여 신호전달 조절에 핵심적인 역할을 하며,
Cdc25C와의 상호작용을 통해 세포 주기 진입을 조절하고 Bad와의 결합을 통해 apoptosis를 억제합니다.
또한 PKC 계열, Cbl, IRS-1, polyoma middle-T antigen, nitrate reductase, S-raf, IGF-1 receptor 등과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
14-3-3 단백질의 뇌척수액 내 검출은 Creutzfeldt-Jakob 병 및 기타 프리온 질환의 감별 진단에 유용한 것으로 보고되었습니다.
