Target Information
PAK6는 고환 및 전립선에서 발현되는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 에스트로겐 및 안드로겐 수용체와 결합합니다. PAK 계열 단백질은 Cdc42 및 Rac의 활성형과 결합하는 세린-트레오닌 키나아제이며, 두 그룹으로 나뉩니다. Group 1(예: PAK1, 2, 3)은 Cdc42/Rac 결합에 의해 활성화되며, 유전자 전사, 세포사멸, 세포 형태 및 운동성에 관여합니다. Group 2(예: PAK4, 5, 6)는 Cdc42/Rac 결합에 의해 활성화되지 않으며, MAP kinase kinase 6 및 p38 MAP kinase에 의해 활성화될 수 있어 스트레스 관련 신호 반응에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
