CDH1 유전자는 인간 염색체 16번에 위치하며, 돌연변이 또는 발현 감소는 위암, 유방암, 대장암, 갑상선암, 난소암 등 다양한 암에서 침윤성과 전이 가능성과 관련이 있습니다.
