Target Information
ARPC1A는 인간 Arp2/3 단백질 복합체의 7개 소단위 중 하나로, SOP2 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. ARPC1B와 유사하며, 두 단백질 모두 세포 내 액틴 중합 조절에 관여하는 p41 소단위로 기능할 가능성이 있습니다. p41 소단위는 Arp2/3 복합체의 구조 유지 및 조립에 관여하며, 다양한 세포 유형 또는 발달 단계에 따라 복합체 기능을 조절할 수 있습니다.
