Target Information

RhoC is part of the blood-group antigens family, defined by sequential addition of saccharides to carbohydrate side chains of lipids and proteins found on erythrocytes and certain epithelial cells.
A, B, and H antigens undergo modulation during malignant cellular transformation.
Blood group-related antigens are mucin-type carbohydrate determinants carried on glycolipids and glycoproteins, detected on erythrocytes, epithelial cells, and secretions.
Sixteen genetically and biosynthetically distinct but inter-related specificities include A, B, H, Lewis A, Lewis B, Lewis X, Lewis Y, and precursor type 1 chain antigens.
