Target Information
CD27은 TNF 수용체 슈퍼패밀리(TNF receptor superfamily)에 속하는 50 kDa 단백질로, CD40 및 CD30과 함께 세포 증식과 사멸 조절에 관여합니다.
CD27과 그 리간드 CD70은 주로 림프구에서 발현되며, 항원 수용체의 적절한 결합에 따라 발현 수준이 달라집니다.
활성화된 T 세포는 CD27 발현을 증가시키며, 혈장, 소변, 척수액에서 검출되는 가용성 형태(sCD27)를 방출합니다.
sCD27은 급성 및 만성 B 세포 악성종양의 중요한 예후 표지자로 알려져 있습니다.
CD27 결함과 관련된 질환으로는 Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 및 Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome이 있습니다.
